Send CSV text and optional schema constraints. An unsigned request returns HTTP 402 with payment requirements. A paid request returns findings and an importReady result. Review warnings before continuing your import. A passing result covers these deterministic checks; it does not establish semantic correctness.

Maximum request: 128 KiB. The service does not store submitted CSV data. Payment settlement records remain public on Base.
